"Dropped 6K on bikes, got a dud, and no help for a month!"
In September, I picked up two bikes from Fully Charged London Bridge, spending over £6k, and my wife and I have had a blast riding them, racking up hundreds of miles. But then in January, right before our holiday, one of the bikes just quit on me—no power from the motor whatsoever. I shot them an email, expecting a response, but a month went by with nothing. After we got back from our trip, I tried calling their Tech Support line multiple times, but I kept getting disconnected with a message saying no one was around to help. I even called the main switchboard, and they promised someone would ring me back in half an hour. Spoiler alert: that never happened. I’ve called a couple more times since then, and they keep saying someone will get back to me. That was a week ago, and still nothing.
If you think a company’s true colors show when they face issues, then you’ve got all the info you need right here. It feels like they just don’t care. Sure, their showrooms look great, and they were all smiles when taking my cash.
I ended up fixing my issue by going to another place. If you’re after any kind of after-sales support, I’d recommend you do the same.

"Avoid purchasing bikes or ebikes from this place..."
Steer clear of buying bikes or ebikes from these folks. I spent 4400£ on a bike, and after service, it was in worse shape than before. I reached out via email to explain the problem, but they completely denied any responsibility. Instead, the dishonest staff claimed I had violated the warranty when I brought my new bike in for service, which is just ridiculous. There’s zero accountability because their engineers seem to have no idea how to handle electric bikes.

"No Regrets Here"
Dropped by Fully Charged all set to go in August 2020 - the crew was super knowledgeable and friendly. Snagged myself a R&M Delite right then and there for my daily ride across London, and I ain't looked back since. This bike handles long distances like a champ in any weather, all while keeping me comfy - I've clocked over 12000km and it still shines like it just came out of the shop. Sure, it’s a hefty investment, but totally worth it; top-notch engineering and quality. Plus, I’m saving some cash since I haven’t needed a railcard since the pandemic hit. The servicing from Fully Charged has been top-notch as well.

"My Experience with Ribble Endurance SLe Repair"
I own a Ribble Endurance SLe, and let me tell ya, it’s a fantastic ride. But recently, the control button stopped working. I reached out to Ribble in Preston, and they pointed me to the closest ‘Mahle’ service in London, called ‘Fully Charged’.
I pedaled over there and chatted with Brian, the service manager. He took my bike for a bit and returned in under ten minutes with the issue sorted out by his mate Carlos. Brian wouldn’t take any cash and even shared tips on how to keep the controller from getting jammed again.
Honestly, I didn’t think there were still folks and businesses like this around. Super professional, kind, and approachable.
I’m really happy to have discovered them. Absolutely brilliant!!!

"My Journey with Fully Charged"
From beginning to end, my time with Fully Charged was top-notch. The showroom at London Bridge is decked out with some seriously high-quality eBikes that are on a whole different level than what you find at Van Spoof and Pure Electric.
The team there was super knowledgeable and friendly, really took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike. I ended up choosing a Moustache Friday, and let me tell you, it’s made getting around London a total blast.
I’ve returned for servicing, and they had it done in just a day—it felt brand new! Overall, I’d rate them a solid 10/10.
Actually, make that 11/10 since they had an awesome sound system in the shop too.

I got myself a Tern GSD from these folks and let me tell ya, they really have a passion for what they do. It's clear they enjoy welcoming new folks into the e-bike scene, which is why I’m all about Fully Charged. Ben, the owner, is a remarkable guy who’s championing the e-bike movement, and I genuinely hope they achieve all the success they deserve to help make this planet a better, greener place.

"Purchasing a Bicycle from Fullycharged"
During my initial visit to the store, I got to take a test ride on a Reise and Muller Charger 4, which was the closest model to the one I really wanted - a Supercharge. I was quite taken with the bike and appreciated the trust they showed by letting me ride it. I went ahead and placed my order, putting down a deposit - super straightforward. There was a bit of a wait for delivery, but when I swung by the shop a few weeks later, they surprised me by saying the bike was already at their depot. I settled the remaining amount, and they set up the delivery. I requested a lock to be included, and they agreed, which I thought was excellent customer service. The bike showed up by courier just a couple of days later, all put together. I'm really happy with the bike and the professional manner in which Fullycharged handled the whole process.

"My Experience with a Riese and Muller E-Bike Purchase"
I recently got myself a Riese and Muller e-bike from Fully Charged. The customer service was top-notch, thanks to Ben (the owner, who really went above and beyond) along with Angelo and Bruno. They even set up a workshop session to teach me how to take off the rear wheel, which can be a bit tricky because of the belt system these bikes have. I highly recommend this e-bike shop!

"Exceptional Service from Fully Charged"
Last Tuesday, my gocycle chain came off on one of the hottest days, and I was totally panicked and stuck near Kings Cross. I dropped off the bike without getting a chance to chat with the technicians, and I was really worried that Fully Charged wouldn’t be able to assist me that day. I had no clue how I’d make it home.
To my surprise, they managed to fix everything before the evening wrapped up. I could see it was a hectic day for them, so I’m super thankful they took the time to help me out.
They even went the extra mile by inflating my tyres and giving my bike a full charge.

"Decent products, but customer service is lacking"
The items they offer can be found with other retailers. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases. The sales crew seems more focused on raking in the cash for the bikes, and then it’s like they forget about you. Good luck trying to get any help if something goes awry after you’ve settled your bill. I’ve picked up a few pricey bikes from them, and it’s been a real hassle trying to get updates on missing stuff after I’ve paid.

"The Best Purchase I've Made"
After spending quite a few hours doing my homework and trying out various brands, I finally chose a Riese & Müller Load 75 from Fully Charged. I can confidently say this bike has changed my family's life for the better. We often leave the car parked in the garage now, opting for the eCargo bike for school runs, errands, and weekend adventures.
It's super comfy due to its full suspension, has solid off-road capabilities, and can easily carry a week's worth of groceries on the back rack.
A huge shoutout to Fully Charged, who were fantastic to work with. They have a dedicated eBike showroom for cargo bikes, packed with options and a friendly team that helped me find the perfect model for my needs. I got the bike delivered three weeks after I ordered it, and it arrived in an electric van. Overall, very cool experience!
